Le Wand Petite Vibrator unboxing

First things first — let’s take a look at what you’re getting for your money.

The Le Wand Petite comes in a cute box that’s sturdy enough to be used for long-term toy storage. Inside the box, you’ll find a USB charging cable, a detailed User Guide, and an illustrated Pleasure Guide that offers sexy suggestions for how to enjoy your new toy. Your purchase also includes a travel bag, perfect for people who like to keep a wand on hand wherever they roam (I am one of those people.).

Of course, the star of the show is the Le Wand Petite itself, which is the smaller version of the brand’s first (and wildly popular) rechargeable wand. And after thoroughly testing it, I’ve got a lot to say. So, let’s get into it, shall we?

Le Wand Petite vibrator

The first thing I said when I unboxed the Le Wand Petite was, “Oh my goodness, it’s so cute!”  There are two other colors available, but the one I tested has a shimmery, rose gold finish, a baby pink silicone head and, as its name suggests, a charmingly petite size. As someone whose go-to vibe is the big, bad, Magic Wand, I kind of felt like I was holding a Barbie toy

That said, its small stature is a big part of this wand’s appeal, as it’s engineered to give you strong, rumbly vibrations in a compact, easy-to-hold design. From end to end, the Le Wand Petite measures 11.5 inches long, with a 5-inch circumference at its widest point. So, I can easily wrap my (rather small) hand around the entire thing, which rarely happens for me.

The Le Wand Petite is made from silicone and ABS-plastic, both of which are body-safe materials. That means no phthalates, latex, BPAs, or other harmful substances were used in the making of this toy, which always puts my mind at ease. But… how does this toy actually work?

Le Wand Petite vibrator control buttons

Well, the Le Wand Petite is a rechargeable, wireless vibrator, which means there are no batteries or plug-in cords to worry about. The buttons on the body of the wand control the speed and pattern of the vibrations and, in my experience, this 3-button interface is extra easy to use. To turn it on, simply press the plus button, and continue pressing that button for greater intensity. Conversely, you can hit the minus button for gentler sensations.

There are a total of 10 vibration speeds, so take some time to experiment with the level of intensity that feels best for you. Meanwhile, the middle button controls the pattern of the vibration (there are 6 patterns from which to choose!). There are long, pulsing patterns, staccato sensations, more massaging modes; again, you’ve got a lot of room to play around with different types of stimulation here.

This vibrating wand also features a handy travel lock function to prevent it from accidentally turning on as it’s tossed around in your luggage at the airport (which has happened to me more than once). To turn the travel lock on, just press and hold the plus and minus buttons for 3 seconds until the light flashes. To unlock it, do the same thing.

On a personal note, I was a little skeptical about this wand at first because it’s so petite compared to the heavy duty vibrators I typically go for. But after taking it for a test run, I was pretty impressed by how much power comes from this little toy! Sure, it’s not as powerful as my Magic Wand or the full-size Le Wand that preceded this one, but it’s certainly strong enough to make me cum (again and again…).

Now, I love having this vibrator in my rotation because it’s a nice way to switch things up and keep my body guessing so I don’t become too reliant on one specific toy. Overall, the Le Wand Petite gets two enthusiastic thumbs up from me!

Now that we’ve taken a close look at the Le Wand Petite, let’s recap the perks and potential pitfalls so you can really decide if it’s the right fit for you:

  • Travel-Sized: Firstly, and perhaps this wand’s biggest draw, is its petite size. It’s super easy to hold and travel with, and you’re still getting that good rumbly power Le Wand is known for. If you’re searching for a wand-style vibrator that isn’t big and bulky, this is a great choice.
  • Gentle Stimulation: This wand is not as intensely powerful as Le Wand’s full-sized version (or most wands I’ve tested, for that matter). For some, this will be a drawback, but it might be perfect for folks who avoid wands because they’re not gentle enough. With this wand, you’re still getting that nice, rumbly stimulation, but it’s definitely on the gentler side compared to other wands out there.
  • Whisper Quiet: This has got to be the quietest wand-style vibrator I’ve ever played with. Even at its highest setting, the Le Wand Petite is whisper quiet, which is a huge perk, in my opinion. And remember: this wand has 10 vibration speeds and 6 different patterns, so you’ve got a lot of room to play with sensations.
  • Pretty Playmate: Aside from how it performs, there’s no denying how visually appealing the Le Wand Petite is. I’ve got it in the rose gold color, but it also comes in blue and violet, all of which have a lovely iridescent sheen. Not to mention, its soft silicone head is smooth to the touch and really gentle on your skin.

Okay, so what’s not to love about the Le Wand Petite?

Well, to be honest, I really don’t have any complaints (for once!). However, if power is your primary interest, you’d be better off with the Plug-In Le Wand. As I said, this wand is going to be more compatible with those looking for less intense vibrations.

We’re nearing the end of my review, so allow me to impart a couple hot tips for maximizing pleasure sessions with your Le Wand Petite.

  • Internal Stimulation: Le Wand makes about a dozen attachments for this toy if you’re looking to add some internal stimulation to the game. Each attachment is affixed to the head of this wand, and can easily be removed when you want to switch back to the external action.

  • Lube: Some folks might think that lube is only necessary for internal toys, but I beg to differ! Before you put this wand to work, rub some water-based lube around its head for extra slippery and satisfying sensations.

  • Grinding: Looking to get your grind on with a partner? This wand’s soft silicone head is great for slipping between bodies! Or, for solo sessions, lay this vibrator on the bed, mount it, and go to town.

Is the Le Wand Petite vibrator waterproof?

Unfortunately, the Le Wand Petite is not waterproof. However, it is splashproof, so don’t worry about getting it a little wet when you clean it.

How do you clean the Le Wand Petite vibrator?

The people at Le Wand recommend spraying it down with a silicone-friendly toy cleaner (which is what I do), but you can also wash it with mild antibacterial soap and warm water. Just don’t get it soaking wet or submerge this vibrator completely as it’s not waterproof.

Can the Le Wand Petite vibrator be used internally?

In general, vibrating wands are designed for external stimulation only, and the Le Wand Petite is no exception. That said, Le Wand does make all kinds of fun attachments that can be added to the head of this wand in order to incorporate internal stimulation.
