Our Commitment to Discreet Packaging

At Delicto, your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in discreet coardboard boxes or plain mailers with nondescript return addresses. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders are submitted to our warehouse as soon as the purchasing process is complete. There is a 30-minute window after purchase when you can cancel your item.

Please send an email to support@delicto.com within this time frame if you must cancel. Keep in mind that labor, time, and materials go into packing up your order and preparing it for shipment. For these reasons, we are unable to cancel orders more than 30 minutes after they are placed.  

Please note that products that have been packed and/or shipped cannot be returned or exchanged.

Route Package Protection

U.S. Orders 

All orders over $99 ship free! A $7 flat shipping rate applies to orders of $99 or less. Most packages ship the same or next business day via USPS First Class Mail and arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. 

For faster shipping, choose standard (USPS Priority Mail) or express mail (FedEx 2 business days). Most orders received before 1 pm EST will be shipped the same business day, but we are not able to guarantee same-day shipment. Orders received after 1 pm on Friday will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. 

Please keep in mind that FedEx 2-day orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. If you choose express mail for an order placed on a Thursday, your package will be delivered on Monday (if it ships same day) or Tuesday (if it ships next day). A Friday express order will be delivered Tuesday (if it ships same day) or Wednesday (if it ships next day). 

Additional shipping charges may apply to large or heavy items, such as pillows or UV sanitizers. If so, you will be contacted after placing your order and, if you agree to the additional charges, will receive an invoice via email.  

Delicto is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. Please make sure to confirm your address at checkout and pick up packages from your shipping facility, lobby, or outside your home as soon as possible after they are received.

If you choose Route Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost or stolen, your order is likely to be replaceable. Please note that claims must be filed with Route in a timely manner to be available for package protection and reimbursement, and a police report is required to file a stolen package claim. You may receive your order in separate packages if products are shipped from different fulfillment centers. Separate packages will typically arrive the same day, or within a day or two of each other.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! All international orders ship with tracking numbers.    

We are not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by your country, including but not limited to customs fees/tariffs. Please research the fees and taxes charged by customs and/or shipping carriers in your country before placing an order with us. 

Though we ship to most countries in the world, we are unable to ship to certain countries where adult products are illegal, such as Saudi Arabia.

We are not responsible for orders turned away at customs, if the country does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or if it is criminal to possess an adult product generally or specifically. 

Note that some brands restrict us from selling their products outside of the U.S. In most cases our software will prevent you from purchasing these products from our website.

Additional Shipping Information

If you don’t receive your package as expected, please contact your carrier with your tracking number before reaching out to Delicto.

Undeliverable or abandoned items that are returned to us will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if you choose not to have them reshipped. The balance will be added to your account as a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Re-shipment of lost or returned orders will require an additional shipping charge. If necessary, please contact your shipper or Route Package Protection to file a claim for any lost items. 

Over-sized or particularly heavy items may incur additional shipping costs. Feel free to contact us with questions about shipping of larger or heavier products.

We may require a signature on delivery for orders of a higher dollar amount. 

Out of Stock and Backordered Items

Certain products may be out of stock due to manufacturer delays or popularity of the item. We don’t allow for backordering, but are happy to help if you’re trying to find a particular toy or accessory. Feel free to email us about any out of stock items and we’ll be glad to help!
