For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This policy applies to all of our products, including those that are unused and still in sealed packaging.

If you think you may have ordered the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to change your order if it hasn’t been packed yet. Products that have been packed and/or shipped can’t be returned or exchanged.
Colors of products may be slightly different in photographs than in person. Be sure to check the dimensions, weight, and other specs of our products before buying them.
While we can’t process returns, we do allow exchanges for defective products only. Exchanges are permitted for the exact item for up to 10 days from the delivery date. If we are sold out of a particular toy or accessory, we will issue you a store credit. Please send a detailed description of the problem, your order number, and a photo or video of the product and problem you’re experiencing.
Damaged or defective products cannot be returned without a RMA, or return merchandise authorization number. Before contacting us for a RMA, please read the product instructions, including directions on disabling the travel lock. Many products that appear defective simply need to be charged or are locked.
If your toy stops working at any other point after purchase, check for a manufacturer’s warranty. Product descriptions on the Delicto website typically list if an item includes a warranty. If your toy is covered by warranty, contact the manufacturer directly for advice and potential exchange of the item.
