Yes, the other BumpHers do have those openings in the back, and technically you can slip a bullet inside if it fits. I’ve found this works most of the time, but the Honeybunch keeps your bullet locked in place, making it the most reliable way to add vibration to the game. Just make sure your bullet can fit the dimensions of the Honeybunch pocket, which is about 3 and a quarter inches long and 1 inch wide. 

As for texture, the Honeybunch combines the sensations of both the Original and the Shagger. Its round, protruding bumps are perfect for grinding against, and you get some great stimulation by sliding back and forth on it. Unlike the Shagger, though, the bumps on the Honeybunch don’t move at all. The Honeybunch gives you more motion and texture than the Original, but less movement and flicking sensations than the Shagger.
